Summary of misunderstanding to date :
Aaron Valerio Complaint Reference :
Following on from the very courteous Phone conversations with the HMRC complaints and resolve departments please find attached a copy of the requested paperwork
the ' outstanding ' tax returns as can be demonstrated are rendered non applicable due to my attempts at self-employment in a bad economy, rendering turnover well below the relevant threshold.
I have had a valid working tax credit claim during the entirety of the tumultuous trading time and yet I am currently being penalised for this on a weekly basis from my now valid and meagre fit note based U.C claim ! rendering additional unnecessary hardships on top of what has already been such a trying time as to have rendered me clinically depressed
3 years this agency has been seemingly completely unable to process any aspect of, presumably very simple yet unorthodox circumstances, it has cost me housing , relationships and of course such a tentative trepidation as to how to proceed with even a basic model of trade as to have cost contracts demonstrably worth thousands of pounds !! effectively compromising my progress from the subsidy aspect of this sad rattled economy
Due to the length of this dispute , the unbelievable scale of confusion , effectively rendering my addled state , I have formally requested a transcript of our communications to date, and although I have been contacted by a member of your complaints department in a much appreciated albeit belated attempt to wrangle in this nonsensical case, I have yet to receive the information as requested
Thankfully at last , a member of your complaints team has been good enough to try to walk me through the unknotting of this debacle, however and thanks to these communications I am informed that I am owed an outstanding £209 for payments wrongfully made to the self employment account
I do believe that I should indeed be due the VAT back on the necessary purchases surmounting to the approx. £6000 per year that I have been attempting to muster a producer's trade out of this estate agent's economy, as well as a full reappraisal of the Tax credit status and eligibility to ESA under the current paradigms, confusing such as they are ?
assuming I can find no financial value to the stress incurred , the tenancies lot , relationship breakdowns or potential work lost !! I do believe that some renumeration should be forthcoming for the basic aforementioned
I Look forward to hearing from you and the subsequent overdue closing of these matters
Aaron Valerio
