Just to sum up ....

Absurdity personified It is my understanding that this would be the correct protocol for instigating necessary proceedings to allow the required level of scrutiny behaviours of individuals suspected of massive corruption of public office , Mal feasance , Mal administration , professional and personal prejudice , willful dereliction of duty of care , massive fraud as well as willfully attempting to pervert the course of justice through both willful negligence and malicious intent As well as kicking off the necessary civil and criminal investigations that will have to be undertaken to unravel the full scale of criminal behaviour and collusive aspects that have been complicit in the current scale of dispute at hand but to ascertain the levied value of suitable settlements for damages and harms caused and the tenacious level of labour that has had to be undertaken to get to this point ! It's been an interesting little period , these last few years .....quite the proverbial cherry to top off the cake that the decade has been ! Since I originally declared my pet Rabbit my legal advisor ( after all of lizz truss and Boris Johnson can be prime minister then my pet Rabbit can be a legal representative ) and rolled out the Original concept for " The Original Arts Hole - Let's AV It - exhibition and workshop series of 2023 - the conclusion of a ten year legal dispute with Plymouth city council , one of the funniest little local authorities in the land " and my goodness didn't that prove to be a premonition .... Since that Original concept formation routine with my then protige and girlfriend , quite a lot has transpired - in light of a brand new cultural wave of insistences for accountability,that suddenly materialised from somewhere , there is a hell of a lot of whitewash at work these days , a lot of confusion spells and psy ops being deployed against the already confused general populations - it's been fascinating to watch these now implicitly complicit chumps feverishly try to double down with these frenzied community orientated virtue signalling bunch of bullshit attempts to win some sympathy from a general population that are sick of you , No matter how many Tele tubby , Mickey mouse mascots you stuff out there with promises of funding options for nonsense - by and large the public are getting wide to you , Ant and Dec on cocaine holding down an expo stand - so much energy - so much enthusiasm - so much razz matazz ....it's laughable if the face of it really " Come in kids - come and volunteer to build back better " - a disneyfied grand delusion !! I've watched some interesting power plays take place over the past three years or so .... When I first started writing emails during the pandemic - the reaction was immediate and residually palpable to this day ....reputation building stuff you might say !! I watched , far more shrewdly than I initially let on, as internal systems - policies and procedures were amended, individuals reassigned and legislations amended and it would seem , during the extended periods it takes me these days to compose my thoughts , that improvements were indeed effectively rendered in the delivery of some of the services that I raised issue concerning . I can't deny there are occurrences here that run in tangent parallel to the main legal points that are remarkably coincidental and suggest such a level malevolent behaviour as to be quite extraordinary !! Almost unbelievable as mere coincidence alone ! There have been many parties involved , disastrously unaware of the chronological scale of long term interactions over several disputes over the years , that is to say other than a few key protagonists and recurring characters throughout this saga ! Everyone involved knew they were liable for something , directly or indirectly for these most recent gross scale administrative failings , and many parties stood around for a while waiting for whatever hammer blow might fall on the insistence of this particular long haired Mal content ! " What on earth is he doing ??- he blunders in from off the radar , gives everyone a kicking then vanishes off into the darkness again ...I thought he was raising a lawsuit ? " Yep ..... But it turns out that all this , all this stuff I've been ranting and raving about while my contemporaries having been playing the game of back handers and reach arounds with billionaires and bent councilors , all this turns a little deeper ,a little murkier than the mere account of the pandemic era ! And as such , it turns out , that in fact a hell of a lot of money has been at stake , not that I care for such things beyond the suitable capitol and resource to be able to execute intent ! Unfortunately, this account does now stretch beyond the mere necessary remuneration for harms caused , labours undertaken and inconveniences caused ! Unfortunately once again I am compelled to ensure that the necessary changes are in fact made ! It's funny you know , you start off a little frustrated with the local council while you try and get on with a few little paintings , to engage in a little bit of commerce to cover the basic overheads that are imposed upon me , you just assume that the council are just being a bit bent since central government smashed budgets in the dawn of the age of austerity! But no , it turns out that somehow I've got embroiled in some of the weirdest and most corrupt shit going on in this country at the moment , and that's saying something , seeing as this whole country is a complete hotbed for corruption , entitlement and sinister types ! Somehow I've blundered into a very thin slice of the scale of massive corruption and fraud that's taking place in a national scale - forget the bloody horizon/ post office - check this out for a pit of viscous and poisonous snakes !! I just want to paint and grow vegetables , how do I end up fighting off a large proportion of zombies over local and national corruption concerning millions and millions of pounds spanning quite a substantial window of time - resulting in such a lack of professionalism in public office as to have actually resulted in avoidable manslaughter , brought about by professional negligence on the basis of some pre existing professional and personal prejudice ....for the sake of a few million quid for a few vested interests in dodgy property deals .... What the actual fuck mate - you are a fucking criminal !!! There are mitigations , no doubt .... I do understand , we've had such a culture of outsourced management and consultancy in these recent decades , and everyone has to fulfill the funding criteria - it makes perfect sense that Boris Johnson and even rishi sunak could be ' in charge ' of a whole country full of failed beauty therapists and part time estate agents - I'm sure it's quite the little festival going golfing community ....like old Tudor evans and our local police commissioners !! It's not just locally , nationally too , this is a huge problem here in Brexit Britain - it seems the congregations that fill the churches and are employed by the councils and the police and the military ....not to mention the battalions of direction less volunteers that just want to build back better , to keep calm and carry on .... Jeezus some of these effing people don't even know what gender to assign to themselves amid the anxiety that their endless spasms of phone induced recreationalist tendency afford them ....and from my experience i would asses that this phenomenon is being deliberately conflagrated !!! The people that would proclaim to be in charge and who are therefore ultimately liable for mis deed or mis representation .... For some people will miss the details - Never mind that the police , the so called support services ( funded largely through the church network ) and council failed to prevent a public shooting .... With minimal oversight being given to the systemic issues that lead up to that particular incident .... Never mind , that a few sweaty arsed , over paid recreationalists - considering themselves very successful in this - Boris Johnson/ lizz truss economy of plastic promissory notes and mortgage speculations .... Never mind that these careerist admins enjoy the successes of the managerial and consultancy positions they have been shuffled into - through deliberate malice and corruption actually attempted to bugger up community and artistic enterprise worth tens of millions of pounds in annual turnover , to instead promote and profit from personal grubby investments that in the grand scheme of things probably don't even add up to a few hundred grand a piece in paper property portfolios and cheap holidays to turkey ....what the actual fuck mate !!! Never mind , that from Whitehall to Whitley ....all the same managers, management structures , whether you paint them red or blue or even dress em up in rainbow flags ....all of these individuals in positions of high office that have overseen these gargantuan failings - recessions - middle eastern invasions - referendum - Brexit - pandemics ....Plymouth city centre - all these assholes now buried in like ticks , determined to cling to their position , at least until they have paid off Thier overpriced mortgages !!! A matter for public interest ?? The scale of rot that is self evident here is nothing more than the pathetic behaviour of utterly immoral and disgraceful , genetically and professionally inbred low grade wankers .... It would seem that there is quite the deafening silence regarding the now far passed outstanding claim of the minimal recourse So , it's £25 million Tudor - the overall weight of the claim against Plymouth city council -all things considered your still getting off pretty light Don't you dare try to disregard my unnecessarily civil position to date ....
