as mentioned in the previous post I have been drafting up a little notion on my spare time that will soon be available for release x

                    its been over ten years since my original drafting of ' the genes on the buds                    go round and round' and upon a recent visit back to the Netherlands I felt it                       necessary to revisit the original works when I couldn't even begin to fathom                  the genetic lineages of some of the newer ' American ' or ' medi weed ' strains that have started appearing on the coffee shop menu's.

                        so here is a little preview of the current' weed wide map'  which has                               come about through over a decades worth of loose leaf research ( if you will excuse the awful pun )

Brexit Refugee / The Current Predicament / 17.4million and the illusion of democratic procedure

I have been called many things over the years, I have been the point of gossip and accusation more than once …. I have benefited from exaggerations and I have been defeated by other peoples lies .
I know there is no Honour in vengeance and that pride can be a persons undoing !

hhmm where am I going with this ….

as the title suggests , there are a few little notions rattling around in my brain at the moment ( as there often is ) my predominant focus right now is income !

immediate / mid term / and long term strategic implementation and scheduling of tendered contracts and commissions to ensure a '' relatively '' steady income throughout the year ….

but of course no body knows what the hell is going on …. especially it seems I this arsehole corner of Brexit Britain !!

apparently there is a democratically valid army out there all braying that leave means leave ! and that come march 30th 2019 on the basis of a democratic decision based on a single split hair referendum those 17.4 million individuals ( population approaching 80 million and less than 20 million hold a majority ?? the largest democratic engagement in the history of our parliamentary process ?? Dodgy fucking numbers there GOV ) … yes those 17.4 million that have some how come to represent the voice of a so called majority are all arguing about what leave actually means !! well it means leave for sure ! and article 50 is now in effect … so this whole shit show looks like its coming to pass !! with no definite formulation to stategy other than vague talk of Canada agreements and Norway agreements , WTO .. the brady amendment and now the malt house agreement ...or is it an amendment ??

What The Actual Fuck !!

Now I have been running my humble little enterprise ( turning raw materials into fanciful and useful things - from buildings to butterflies ) trading entirely under my own name ( a brave thing to do in a world of '' liabilities '' ) for well over a decade now ….

jeez and what a fucking decade it has been !!! we have seen a credit crunch turn into a recession which snowballed into a tory governments endless austerity programme … which evolved into Brexit !!! personally in the long game I blame thatcher and her entire echelon of absolutely shitty humans that made up the administrations at the time … but for the sake of the length of this poorly punctuated and mis spelled epistle ( because I think if you sit someone like Donald trump down in front of a computer and give him Grammarly and fiver and wix even a piece of shit like that can look like a ' valid ' human through a heavy editing process and augmentation of reality …. well actually I think that pretty much sums it up for me !!! )- and the ever diminishing attention spans of whatever audience it is out there that actually reads through these weird little diary entries  of mine  ….

so this fucking decade where the 70's and 80's corporate branding excercises have actually now been applied to an individualistic basis via the use of social media .. and everyone is celebrating their breakfast and their own individuality through huge self promotion campaigns of absolute grotesque vanity … I despair I really do !!

so this fucking decade !! this latest fucking decade !! from the machinations of tory hell ….. that has seen my customer base and the communities that they live in be absolutely destroyed by these absolute charlatans

 I am quite proud of my little endeavour Artby Valerio's '' The Arts Hole '' its taken a lot of work and diversification to be able to survive a time when threshers wine shop / woolworths / bhs / correllian … everything has been bankrupted !! to still be trading across continents in ths kind of unfunded self reliance has been really tough but when I stand in front of a few of those that were suitably funded , suitably sheltered .. and even suitably fed … and I am not left wanting ! I can look anyone in the eye when questioned and I can always make a stong , albeit occaisionally  meandering case !

and yet my entire enterprise feels as though it is in jepeordy at the moment … indeed has been since that total wanker Cameron came up with this ridiculousness in the hope that we would all forget that he fucked a dead pigs head !!! WTF ??

I am currently enjoying the companionship of a wonderful eastern European woman whose stance here in the u.k has yet to be confirmed WTF?? … I personally see far more economic growth over the water , and am indeed often compelled to venture to Europe in order to supplement my ever ailing wages here in the U.K !!!!

the city my partner lives in … I suppose is almost my home town ( see any of the online artivles I have posted about my encounters with Plymouth city council ) and there are absolutely zero prospects … in real terms !! and its so utterly depressing … that is the only word for it !!

one of the most deprived areas in the whole of Europe … the place looks like an ex communist county after the fall of the soviet union …. really its a disgrace !!

do you flee … pack up all of your shit and head of to some distant land in the hope of generating a better life??

Dear Council

Dear Plymouth City Council …..

it cannot have escaped your attention that the city you saturate with your horrible little green logo …in some sort of statist self congratulatory boast !! looks like a pile of shit !!

of course it cannot have escaped your attention that the scale of poverty that you have by default of central government failings for well over a decade now … employed an utterly disastrous planning and management policy that simply cannot be allowed to continue  …. your staggering ineptitude of your position is absolute !! and indeed now even ratified by the UN

despite your guaranteed and over scaled salary , we receive little or no product or service !! this by any measure is an absolute con !!

so no more!! this utter farce can no longer be tolerated !!

I have seen the extent that central government cuts have imposed on many of our rural and urban areas alike !! and despite the utter neglect !! and it is neglect and a hideous mal administration really that the resources that you have left continue to be squandered in such a fashion !!

I personally have never enjoyed your so called collaborative measures , I consider you to be a series of utterly mediocre cowards , a self preening self congratulating yet utterly disgusting entity … just like Donald trump himself really !! !! indeed it was only a few short years ago that I personally was subjected to a monstrous inconvenience due to your complete inability to do your job ! and I am sure there are many more in the city that can attest to that sentiment !

Now, for whatever reasons … where are where we are !!

in the run up to Brexit Britain we have put up with administrative failings that have left this city and many others like it …. near derelict !! and the level of desperation in the populace is utterly palpable !!!might I propose to you that for the most part … you all fuck off !! like literally go home !! stop coming to this so called place of employment ! cease all functions !! the level of skills you exhibit for the money you cost can no longer be justified !

you got a few holidays out of it and probably paid half off an overpriced house … but your salary needs to allocated into a more constructive long term plan for this city … that you clealy have no ability to consider , let alone manage !

the alternative of course … and this really is a begrudgingly suggested ' mediated ' outcome … because quite honestly I would rather have nothing to do with you !!

would be for an internal revolt !! of your own !

in the same way that the leader of the opposition party stating that te executives door may be open but her ears aren't … is a perfect parody of the way that you have been operating for far too long now …

might I suggest that you apply some of your daily facebook or long lunch time … to the actual task at hand ! to reach out to organizations like myself ! instead of trying to destroy us through non applicable and totally dismissible court proceedings !! stop trying to be a teachers pet to a central government that has collapsed !!

work with what you have … and by the way I don't mean go and sign another lease over to another fucking coffee/ pizza  franchise that pay zero corporation tax and keep the population on a minimum wage for a minimum quality product  …. or some hotel franchise that will take up 10,000 sq metres of your dilapidated city …. the cost of education is worthy of protest !! so most of your academic faculties have lost all merit !! …. so in turn has the student accommodation I am sure someone is getting back handers on !!!

well its that time of year again x 

and seeing as its Christmas week I thought it only fair to offer a little unique last minute Christmas gift idea …. beautifully gift wrapped and ready for collection from the studio in Plymouth x 

he he I have to say that just setting this little photo up really brought out the big kid in me … Dinosaurs and Christmas lights … hell yeah a total childlike nostalgia :) 

2018 has been something of a busy year as far as dinosaurs go …. and of course we all wait with baited breath to see just what 2019 will bring !!!!???? 

but I suppose regardless of whatever outcomes may arise from our current predicaments , Christmas is a time to cherish friends and family alike , and maybe even to retouch with our inner childlike innocence in a communal and convivial sense !

it seems that I inadvertently initiated the ' pop up movement ' ….. personally I just had little option than to trade from premises that I didn't have to pay for ! my proclamation at the time that '' shit , just cost to damn much '' seems to have now become an almost institutionalised phenomenon ! ( actually its not the first time that has happened with little pet projects of mine … but cest la vie I guess )

and back when I was ' commercially squatting ' in little seaside villages I had this little hand made poster that I used to put in the window every day ! it seems more than pertinent to re mention this particular cartoon of prominence , one of the first ' Cornish Buddy ' designs that later became rather popular through festivals distributions !

So George Bush Senior Died ! and Donald Trump attended the funeral without causing so much as a single outlandish drunken scene ! remarkable !! give it a day or two and I am sure that old Donald will come out with some gibberish about instilling his legacy with the inauguration of  a national invade a foreign nation day !

madness to think that way back then I think it must have been 2006 ' ish ' …. you would still be incarcerated in most of the USA for just casually chatting about Marijuana … and the U.K drug policy was so archaic , oh wait yeah it still is !! so this little cartoon was in itself a bit of a rebellious act ! aside from the fact that I was trying the line of legality in terms of conductible trade and the parameters of ' opting out ' of the mass insanity, basically involving everyone with a mortgage or rent noose around their neck  … trading their time for abysmal wages and labours , and ergo incessantly perpetrating this mess that we all openly despise from one angle or another ! madness !!

quite a few years ago now I purchased a book ' Psilocybe Mushrooms of the World ' by Paul Stamets !! and at the time of purchase, I will admit  my interest in mushrooms was purely limited to the psychotropic properties of particular species ….. but it was only a few short years ago that I was stood next to a guy outside ' Bourbon Street ' in Amsterdam that was complaining that the size of my spliff was jeopardising his mushroom made hat …. ha ha I didn't actually even get to the lecture he was giving while in the city , but I had certainly intended to

remarkable as it is , I have only just recently seen a ' Paul Stamets ' Lecture online … and was absolutely inspired by a living human being ( now that really doesn't happen very often !! )

I have been conducting something of a mycological survey of some of the local green spaces around the boroughs that I frequent ( simply out of a marginal curiosity really ! ) so for just a minute there I was a little excited after stumbling over a load of woodchip this autumn and finding a wonderful fruiting of what, at first I assumed to be lovelly Psilocybe Mushrooms ….

and I would have just taken my first assessment to be true … and probably ended up with a stomach ache lol

its always worth assuming that you know less than you think you do …. this is a good philosophy all round ! just look at Donald Trump for goodness sake !!!

so succumbing to my natural curiosity and adapting my given problem solving ability … I was very pleased to have not just run in with my enthusiasms x

so as my curiosities flourished and the scale of the task at hand began to dawn on me … there was a lot more to the subject than first meets the eye ( isn't that always the case though ) 

and it occurred to me that if the authorities had any inclination to prevent the poisonings of so many keen psychonaughts they would just put out a few informative field markers.... 

so the ' Z by V ' series are Zodiac images by Valerio / the ' D by V ' are dinosaurs by Valerio …. so these little depictions are ' P by V '  as in ' Psilocybes by Valerio ' , and not only do these things hold the obvious rendered likness , but I have inoculated paint and medium with an excess of psilocybe spores ,..... you know to share the love x x x contact for availabilities x x x 

JOB OPPORTUNITY : ROYAL MAIL x

you know the economy is so bad in this country that I was considering taking a little part time work over the Christmas period doing the odd shift with the ' Royal ' Mail … now let make no mistake , was a decision not to be taken lightly … you see I enjoy the idea of working for the ' Royal ' mail about as much as the idea of working for the daily fucking mail ( its weird , no , ? how all of these ' companies ' with a little motif of the crown are all full of halfwits and or child molesters  .. at least at middle to upper management level ??!! 

I know , I know before you ask ! the principle of my personal ' general strike ' does have room for what has become so common these days … outsourcing !! you see every now and again despite meticulous planning to the contrary …. working capitol ends up as stock , and sometimes there is a bit of a time gap between the production of stock and the retailing of that stock  , which can leave the old bank balance a little drought like , sometimes for some weeks ! 

anticipating just such an occurrence in the coming January / February months … I figured what the hell I could do with a few hours to supplement the working capitol over the Christmas period, which in turn should leave me with adequate time and resources to then build up of the following spring and summer season … its a relatively well tested strategy .. even in recessions and basket case Brexit shit ! 

so having a little look online I found that the only people around here for quite some miles !! is government !! or the little private franchises that used to be government ! you can work for the NHS, the Council, the military . the navy . or royal mail … that's pretty much it !! there are a few companies that still operate from this part of the world …. but the only way they survive ( actually naybe the sole reason they were engineered ) is to absorb government contract ! … of course work in costa coffee or starbucks , but the shaky nature of the economy doesn't leave a great deal of faith in the franchise silliness … by the time you have sent an application , the company has already gone into administration ( ha ha ha that's a funny use of language to me ) 

so just to test it out really and be able to discuss my findings ( never been afraid to burn a rotten bridge ) I took a shot for the ' Royal ' mail …. and oh my god !!!!!!! 

the debacle begins with my dedicated filling of all the relevant boxes on their website , an extraordinary amount of pages , largely repetitive regurgitations of reformatted questions from previous pages 

I submit the application, to be treated to a wonderful automated response from some third hand agency .. this goes on or some time !! I think I received around 10 e-mails from these people … conforming my name and age and eligibility to work in the u.k , offering me all manner of red highlighted type regarding the ' standard procedure ' for application 

and my god , I was invited to attend a briefing ( not an interview ) but entry to the waiting list for recycled positions ! and you can imagine how fucking excited I was !!! 

so I read through the relevant junk, print out the copies of email correspondence , my extraordinary c.v as much as the supporting garbage they need to see to be able to assure themselves and the powers that be , that I am not some foreigner here to destroy the royal mail .. ppffft 

I make my way to this ' briefing ' for my allotted time slot ( when I get there I find that there are  50 others that have turned up for the same 15 minute time slot ) this is where I am starting to get demoralized ! and this is for a job that I don't even want !! 

but oh it gets better … the 50 people that were in the 15 minute time slot before my 15 minute time slot are still being ' processed ' 

and so to speed things along there is some chirpy airhead of a manager working along the ' waiting area ' asking every applicant if they have all their relevant documents photocopied for their files 

everyone looks blank … you see the intern or pertemp that put all of those e-mail instructions together obviously made an oversight ! and left out some things from the ' detailed instructions ' 

so this chirpy little manager idiot is darting around trying to convince everyone to hand over all of their private and personal documents to her , and she will run off and get everything copied so when its our turn to sit at the first of many interview ( instruction ) desks we have all the relevant things we need to be processed !! and people are falling over themselves to throw passports and driving licences and social security documentation , utility bills... this is to ' facilitate ' the agencies application process >???

I would like to point out at this stage …. we are all there to apply for temporary Christmas period positions …. for which ALL of the vacancies have been filled !!! so we are applying for a job that does not exist … only to be put on a waiting list , should a shift come up at some stage ! 

now I am sat there … and I am looking at the 100 other applicants ( ranging from toothless crack heads to old guys in suits ) and I am wondering why the hell would royal mail pay an agency to run applications in this nature ? well it occurs to me this agency were employed to process applications ( and like I said there are desks of them maybe 15 - 20 people just processing presumably about 50 - 100 applicants every 15 minutes or so) 

why would you process 15,000 applications for 2500 positions … well if you were an agency , maybe you charge per application processed ! ? if you are royal mail ( even though most of it is sold to private companies  thanks again you fucking tory assholes ) well even though you are mostly a private company , a lot of your spending revenue comes from .Gov i.e the taxpayer .. this is a fucking scandalous rip off!!! 

so this chirpy little moron manager type comes along to me and starts trying to insist about her importance , I don't want to give my personal details to this bitch ! for a job that I don't even want …. which is good because the job doesn't actually exist anyway ! this is a bit of a head fuck even for me ! and I feel sorry for the people that this has become the norm for … I left I lost my temper made some insinuations about Brexiteers and the failed administrations of this country  , quite insistently and went dug out a commission for a dinosaur !! fair enough I have lean times between the sales of paintings and dinosaurs …. but thank fuck I have got that ! because jeezus man its a fucking joke of a depressing shit show out there …. if the majority of  you are willing to drop your knickers for these bastards for £7.35 an hour …. no wonder everyone is getting fucked !!
