It's strikes me , if you look across the broader spectrum of current affairs , that this Mr bates Vs the post office affair , has pertinent parallels to our , certainly my own experiences , and just like the fortunately timed STRAW campaign it brings to light parallell procedures and protocols , players and protagonists ... For whatever reason , when we were doing that stuff up at belliver , we upset some folks in positions of influence and as I have previously speculated , we got tarnished with the same brush , unruly hippy squatters - they probably had it in Thier minds that occupy was all our fault 🙄 and ever since I ( and I will say you too ) have had nothing but attitude and friction - which has cost time , effort , funding eligibility - even eligibility to put in for tender in most instances .... Unfortunately, we were a little ahead of the curve , and what we were doing had commercial viability - either from a make and retail product position , an academic delivery plausibility , charitable engagement aspects up to and including pledges for land and funding in African nations - which had we been running in parallel with what Greg was doing in Ghana - land provision for academic delivery and mining contracts at government level would have been the inevitable progressive step - not to mention our liaison potential with europe throygh the touring arts exhibitions and arts for prisons contracts I think they have in their mind what all this is worth , if you put it all together and then say " on the back of all that , these bastards then sought to do a version of what we were doing as a social beacon for the Stonehouse property project .... And then , to top it off , once they had realized that an aspect of their charity provision had hired both of us for what was proving to be a financially viable , Ofsted accredited and appealing engagement option , well they couldn't just fire us on the spot , definitely not at the same time .... So just put a rough dollar figure in your mind ( how much is that woman during trump for over mere deformation of character ) ...and have a think about what good you might have sought to conjure - had you not been thwarted by what is now demonstrably corrupt behaviours 🤔 Enables and does not encourage... Hmm , alright - I'd assume from the message , they know who you are and they already don't like you 🤔 Who is on the present past committee board that might not hold you or I in the highest regard 🤔 discrimination They want us to do the leg work even though they have a while admin department - in their terms of delivery there will be something about inclusivity and diversity highlighting the key word accessibility .... Community access to the university faculty for low income or marginalized groups - the universities pledge to positive influence trends against poverty in the city ... The way I read the one you sent over is Landlord wants you to apply for funding to pay to use community space , especially if you are a charity or a cic .... I'm sure you'll find a loophole that will mean that they are obliged to offer you either free use of the space or a marginal fee , and not an application for funding to cover the costs they can legally waive 🤔 In terms of how to proceed with the legal matter 🤔 I think at the moment , what I have done has stung , but it can all be kept relatively under wraps ... A little deformation of character is of little consequence at this stage ' oh he's a mad artist ' just doesn't float .... So by all accounts even though I'm demanding blood in a pretty cheap date ...if you suddenly opt in with a legal claim of equal weight , they will either get fierce or weird .... I'd say , if you want to , as I suggested lean on what I've been up to .... We'll put in an equal claim for the property in the city , if you keep your cards close to your chest until I've figured out the full uncontested claim that I've got in , then you have a precedent to lunge on straight after ... If we can Requisition a building for continence of otherwise interrupted trade ....you also then have a bloody good acknowledgement of and effective admission of guilt on your claim 🤔 But basically , I don't know how you want totally it A basic unlawful dismissal settlement runs at anywhere from £5k - £100k So you have that against John or Shekinah , whichever way you want to push it You have a few projects over the last ten years that might have been unfairly quashed ( as I say at this stage the benefit of the doubt would be with you even if you can't outright prove grubbyness ) And the original claim against PCC for buggering up the unit / Ghana/ Arts for prisons - if you say nudge are an incompetent version of us and by comparison what we could have delivered on an international scale for the amount of money that they have run through their books ....then you get a rough idea of a figure ... Personally , I just need to garner suitable finance to cover the projects that I would have done in the interim from what would have otherwise been static positions ... You'll be pushing for a private prosecution to get things moving and want to threaten high court action due to the corruption in cross departmental aspects of public office and the length of time over which you / we were subject to these criminal behaviours 🤔

its been a rather fun weekend , i do like to sit snd sip a lil coffee and kick out little expos of my work here and there , this weekend has been an interesting one , first of all thank you to all who managed to pop along , i know i didnt make it easy to find , always worth doing a little rsvp with one of my things x, but we all perservered and won the day , of course as a white guy my intetest in the local Oscar style Bame awards was minimal, personally i grew up on the beaches of the world , light a fire , crack a beer and sing a song with whoever else happens to turn up , regardless of who or what they might proclaim to be or indeed where they may have just washed up from in the latest high tide , you see, you don't actually require any dot guv funding or favours to do that , the beach is free , like me , and thats just the way i like it , and it would seem that despite the Glitz and glamour of the neighbouring council led masturbatathon , i think its fair to say that we held our own 😁 so much so that im going to squeeze in another one in a month or two in plymouths horrible little orifice .....What's on my mind 🤔 incompetence for a fee and turds in the long grass 😆😆😆 About a year ago I was coaxed into utilizing a timeframe as an opportunity - as is often my way , I addressed that opportunity by means of a public exhibition of my considerations of circumstances as witnessed and experienced first hand....

The Decision making process

lifes big decisions , can sometimes seem a little overwhelming ! personally , i like to whittle down these things through a sketchbook process - take buildings for example , i have worked on tens of buildings over the years , hundreds if you include all of the shortlists , designs and drafts that have led to yet another version of , the original Arts Hole international pop up initiative ....

whether its a buyers or a sellers market there are perils and pitfalls , and it has always been a hard sell " yes i want to use your building for commerce but i don't want to pay you any money for it while im testing the markets " . originally it was hard enough , twenty odd years ago .... now of course , battalions of uni students , ladened with debt are all setting up pop ups , the problem is , that they have been funneled into the idea that in order to do a ' pop up ' in one of these bourgeoise inner city redevelopment drives ...they need to apply to the local authority for a pot of publuc money in order to do so , to cover the rent and rates and overheads ...jeezus i despair, at least my original model was based on the idea of " if it proves to be commercially viable - then the landlord earns a commission of that trade " - to take on a sprawling ramshackle building in a fringe and cheap part of town- fix it up , do an exhibition , make it livable and presentable and commence trade .... oh well , just one of the things that are sent to try us i suppose ! anyway , despite this new wave of government funded competition, when i am taking on a big decision , like taking on a new building in a new country i like to whittle my shortlist down to a column A, a column B. and a third column, a wildcard column C . column A , has all the whistles and bows , its as close to ideal as could be imagined , its usually a little bit over budget ( outlays - transport - renovation or even nominal overheads ) and competition for it is fierce and ruthless ... Column B. is a good all rounder but the concessions and mitigations are more obvious - generally a bit more work than would be ideal ....but its left in the running after the sharks have taken out column A . The Wild Card , the wild card is as the name suggests , the most unusual option - if the fates will conspire to remove column A and Column B then something closer to reckless abandon - a boat - a windmill - a hot air balloon - a field with an old barn on it ... recently , a friend of mine suggested that we set up a youtube channel and a tik tok to cover the proposed upcoming renovations, we set it up to coincide with a brand new digital launch for the various lines of ' merch ' that the brand has come to represent and then do a sort of mini series to cover the day to day running of ' the Arts Hole - Funny Farm ' and ' the Institute for Alternative Learning ' ... food for thought ...

Full Circle
